Please be aware that we are only responsible for the delivery of your order until it has been confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail (all packages are sent via Recorded Delivery within the UK). Please bear this in mind if having your order sent to a work address - once it's entered into your internal mail system, responsibility for it's security/ delivery passes to the buyer.

Items returned to us by Royal Mail due to incorrect or partial addresses, or items not collected from the depot, will require additional payment to reship.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Delivery (reference number available, delivery times equivalent to 1st class). ALL UK ORDERS WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR UPON DELIVERY.

Orders travelling outside of the UK are sent via standard air mail. They will not have a tracking number - if you would like this service, please add the Priority Mail upgrade to your cart before you check out. International Signed For will require a signature upon arrival.

All orders placed from the NETHERLANDS, regardless of value, will be sent via an insured service, due to consistent issues with the postal service. They will require a signature upon delivery.

Although every effort is made to make sure you receive your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by our delivery partners.

Generally, orders shipping within the UK normally take 1 - 3 business days to arrive. Orders within western Europe 4 - 6 business days; further afield (including Eastern Europe, Asia, North and South America and Australia) average 8 - 10 business days but do allow extra time as packages can be held up in customs.

Prices on the Eclectic Eccentricity website are in UK Pound Sterling - if you are ordering internationally please be aware of the current exchange rate. For example, an order of £10 would be approximately $16 USD.

We highly recommend using a signed for service as we can not refund or exchange in the event of loss or damage in transit. This does not apply to items which have been altered to your specifications or earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense. Do ensure that sufficient postage is paid for your return as we are unable to accept packages which do not carry the correct postage amount.

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the items return and via the original method of payment; we can not refund to a different card or account other than that which was used to fund the original transaction.

These are collected by Paypal for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party. As Paypal processes all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point.

This information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
