Founded in 2004, Eclectic Eccentricity had it's beginnings as a weekend hobby of gift shop manager Lucy Crick. Hello! That's me. With a penchant for the pretty, I scoured antique shops and markets for quaint curios and exquisite gems; piecing them together with other trinkets and treasures found hidden away for years. This is the heart of EE: each and every piece weaves a tale, from it's individual components, a new story is made.... it's jewellery with stories to tell....

EE did not grow overnight; from it's humble beginnings on a living room floor, I've lived and breathed jewellery. Devoting hours to creating new pieces, sourcing components to imagining new stories and ascribing names to the designs, it's flourished into something bigger than I ever could have dreamed. Now managed from our main head office, EE is run by a team of a dozen (exceptionally smiley) people, has a small army of celebrity fans and is regularly featured in major magazines such as Marie Claire, Grazia and Vogue.

We love what we do here at EEHQ. How can you not loving working in an office that's stuffed full of sparkly bits, gold bits, whimsical bits and vintage bits, every single day? We genuinely hope this shows in everything we do, from the jewellery we send out, to the way we communicate with you, our lovely customer. We pride ourselves on providing the best, most top notch service you could ever wish to receive. We'll bend over backwards to make you happy (actually, some of the customer service team are quite bendy so this isn't an exaggeration); every time you contact us, you're not dealing with a faceless organisation: your enquiries are dealt with by real people who care very much that you're happy. We'll respond quickly, efficiently, and in the smiliest way that is humanly possible. Even if it's grey outside.
